TrachMar’s senior leadership team brings decades of combined experience to the table. Our executive team believes in being hands-on, and is deeply involved in both setting strategy and ensuring execution of every project.

Pamela Trachtenberg | President

As Founder of TrachMar LLC, Pam manages administrative operations and corporate finances. She has also skillfully leveraged a background in Systems Engineering to develop TrachMar’s highly effective methodology and business approach to integration of call center and print technologies.

Kent Willis | Vice President

Since 2010, TrachMar’s clients have benefitted from Kent’s extensive expertise in all areas of printing and communications. Kent provides a four-decades-long background in print, and over 25 years of experience overseeing the delivery of integrated written and verbal communications to targeted markets and populations.

Richard Trachtenberg | Call Center Director

With nearly three decades of call center operations experience, Richard is the force behind TrachMar’s exceptional call center services. In addition, he is the executive responsible for business development.
